Shipping

Our standard delivery times are up to 4 business days for North Island addresses and up to 5 business days for South Island & rural delivery addresses. When your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can see the progress of your delivery.

Shipping is free for orders over $60.00. For orders under $60.00, the shipping fee is $5.00 North Island and $10.00 South Island.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not New Zealand, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Looking to return or exchange your order? No problemo. You can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

Just send us an email at hello@byebyebad.com and let us know why you want to say byebye to that particular product. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging, once received and reviewed we’ll arrange replacement/refund.
